You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or manage through PF Studio (your "User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will never sell, share, or use your User Content for advertising purposes.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

PF Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the Service (via in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Price changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Third-Party Services

PF Studio may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, authentication providers, and cloud storage services). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services through PF Studio is at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
